Free Shipping & Returns
We try our best to make the delivery and shipping charges simple and fair. We want you to be as happy with the delivery experience of your product as you are with the product itself.
We provide free standard shipping for all orders to 48 contiguous states in the U.S. We charge a flat rate shipping fee for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time, although we hope to be able to do so soon!
We also offer express shipping, if you wish to receive your order sooner. It will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping time & Delivery estimates
Your order will typically ship out from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days with UPS Ground Shipping, which typically takes 3 - 9 business days to arrive. We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders made during weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped, we will offer a tracking number to you, you can find out exactly what day your order will arrive.
Please note: The carrier may experience delays and does not guarantee shipping times caused by COVID-19. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We are committed to doing our very best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help you resolve your concerns.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping. Please take the following steps if your package goes missing:
- Check with household members and neighbors to see if anyone may have received it.
- If no one has received the package, please contact us at email@example.com with your order ID and the claim number from the carrier.
If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Items in new condition, with original packaging, can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.
To return an item please follow the steps below:
- Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order.
- Mail your return to:

- Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a refund.
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Send the photo by email to service[at]qutoolstore.com. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell products as “Final Sale” to offer significant discounts. If you are concerned about returning an item, please check whether it is a “Final Sale” product prior to making your purchase.
Please note: there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to issue a refund. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
